Description:
Two poles, painted purple on the lower portion and alternate black and white stripes on the top portion, placed side-by-side. These two poles are joined at the top by a black bar. On top of the bar is a short vertical pole with alternating black and white stripes. Two turquoise horizontal bars, with three circular forms in between, rest on the short pole. Two lightning-bolt forms stand upright on the top turquoise bar. There is a purple circle between the two lightning-bolts at the very top. Two small vertical red arrows face each other in between the lightning-bolt forms. One arrow is attached to the upper turquoise bar and the other arrow is attached to the purple circle.
