    Description: 
    Three different types of gargoyles in a repetitive pattern adorning the second and third stories of a building in a courtyard setting. They are believed to represent the muses of the Arts and Sciences. History is represented by a gargoyle holding a globe, while Astronomy is represented by a gargoyle holding a telescope. A third type of gargoyle may be holding a scroll to represent Philosophy, or may be holding a telescope as another version of Astronomy.
