    Description: 
    Rectangular commemorative text plaque with profile view of an Indian head relief is affixed to a boulder. The outside border of the plaque consists of grape leaves, vines and grapes. The center portion is recessed from the outside border and has a bead and reel border. The text is surrounded by by an oval border comprised of oval cartouches separated by arrowheads. The design inside the cartouches alternates between a florette and fleur-de-lis.
