Description:
Two sculptures - one depicting a cityscape scene of Columbia City and the other depicting St. Paul. He is seen standing, his proper right upraised; his proper left arm blessing the city to his left. He has a halo around his head, a heart and cross on his chest, and wears ankle-length robes and a cape. The cityscape is outlined with a cloud-like shape and is comprised of the Whitley County Courthouse, the old Whitley County Jail, the First Presbyterian Church, the old Farmers Grain and Feed Company bins on South Line Street, and the old St. Paul of the Cross Church.

Remarks:
The sculptures were created by Father Hank Mascotte, a priest at St. Jude's Catholic Church in South Bend. The project took three years to complete. Gene Ness, Paul Baumgartner, and Paul Redman assisted in the installation.
