    Description: 
    Two full-length female figures representing the Goddess of Justice. Each holds the handle of a sword in her proper right hand; the tip of the blade rests on the ground beside her feet. Each figure holds up a scale in her proper left hand and wears a classically styled gown. The zinc figures are mounted high atop a courthouse building.
