    Description: 
    Sculpture consists of two soldiers atop a stone "mound of earth." An African-American soldier, dressed in uniform, carries the limp body of the other. The base is inset with the insignia of the various local veterans organizations and panels inscribed with the names of the 166 Delawareans killed or missing in Vietnam.
