The figure on one end has its head tilted and its back arched. The center figure has both arms raised. The figure on the other end has one foot lifted off the ground. The steel sculpture is painted in muted shades of rose, yellow and blue. The sculpture is embedded in concrete paving which lies flush with the surrounding plaza floor.
