    Description: 
    An upright, rectangular stele memorial to Elbert County residents Clark Cleveland, 1947-1967, and Charles Smith, 1947-1968, who died in the Vietnam War. The stele has two inscribed military insignias on the top front, with two outlines of football helmets below them, each inscribed with a number. The front of the stele is inscribed with a commemoration and the stele is mounted upon a short, rectangular base.
