    Description: 
    A walking man is bolted to the edge of a roof. The figure is made of cast fiberglass over a steel armature, and is painted red, blue and black. The man is in a striding position with his proper right leg forward. He has short-cropped black hair, and wears a bright red T-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

    The sculpture is part of the Oppenheimer-Stein Sculpture Collection at Johnson County Community College. Funding was provided by Tony and Marti Oppenheimer of Leawood and the Jules and Doris Stein Foundation in Los Angeles. IAS files contain a brochure "Gallery of Art," Johnson County Community College, n.d., and college press release, Oct. 9, 1995.
