Mrs. Arthur Linden served as landscape architect with Sam Hemming, President of the Academy of Arts, assisting her. Lee Oskar Lawrie was a famed Talbot County sculptor. Kiselewski was a long-time friend of Lawrie's and studied under him from 1921 to 1925. The pedestal on which the bust is mounted was given to the Academy of the Arts by a Baltimore museum.
