Remarks:
IAS files contain copies of related city correspondence from February and March 1977, discussing proposal for siting sculpture and awarding commission. The sculpture was designed by Kenneth Bell, fabricated by Rex Appleby and R/K Originals, the later given $30,000 for the contract.
