    Remarks:
IAS files contain a program from the dedication ceremony Oct. 27, 1991 and information on the piece from an unpublished booklet titled, "The Vermont Bicentennial Sculpture Symposium at The Carving Studio and Sculpture Center West Rutland, VT 1991." The Bicentennial Memorial sculpture was the result of a collaboration between the Carving Studio and the Town of West Rutland. Don Ramey, who works at the Carving Studios created drawings and a clay model. Dino and Derno Ambrosini executed the carving of the sculpture. The Memorial stands as a tribute to the history of the international group of workers who journeyed here to quarry and carve the native marbles of West Rutland.
