    Full-length figure of President John F. Kennedy wearing a suit and tie. He holds papers in his proper right hand and his proper left hand is in his pocket. The figure, in high relief, stands before a rectangular stele that narrows toward the top. A low angled wall with seven plaques stands in front of the figure.
