An Art Nouveau style mausoleum with bronze doors depicting a shrouded woman standing with her proper left hand extended to the right door frame. Her eyes are closed and her proper right hand lifts her veil to expose her proper right profile. She wears a full-length, classical dress and behind her are friezes of pine branches and blooming lilies. A short stairway in front of the mausoleum leads up to the door and a pair of decorated vases or urns flanking the front of the mausoleum. The mausoleum is made of Barre light granite on the exterior and highly polished Vermont rubio marble on the interior.
