    Description: 
    A horse rears up on its hind legs with a smaller pegasus coming out of its chest. The horse's two hind legs end in two pairs of wheels, a rectangular handle device emerges from the wheels, reminiscent of a chariot. The sculpture is mounted on the top of a tiered, rectangular fountain that spills water into a circular basin below.
