Inscription:  Massey Rhind/Sculptor (On front of base:) PEACE signed Description:  A seated female figure carved from a solid piece of marble. The figure, an allegorical representation of peace, wears a long draped dress and a laurel wreath in her hair. She holds a lyre in proper right hand and a staff in her proper left hand. She wears sandals on her feet, which are partially visible beneath her gown. The sculpture rests on a rectangular concrete base.
