Full-length figure of the Biblical Rebekkah stands in the middle of a round pool. She wears a simple gown and is pouring water from an urn tucked under her proper right arm. The figure stands in the middle of a round water spout which sprays the water into its center.

The sculpture has been vandalized repeatedly. In 1974, it was pelted with rocks taken from a retaining wall nearby, causing serious damage, including a near decapitation. The repairs were funded with the wages earned by the vandals responsible. IAS files contain related articles from the Lincoln Journal-Star, 1974 and Oct. 4, 1982.
