stands in
full
Papal garb, including a miter and a chasuble over an alb. His proper right hand is outstretched and his proper left hand holds a large cross, the top rising above him, and the bottom resting by his feet. The sculpture is mounted on top of a short base with four inscribed plaques on each quadrant, and is located in a granite, plaza-like setting with steps before it.
