His proper right hand is in his pants pocket. He leans on the edge of a desk with his proper left hand. He holds a sheaf of papers in his proper left hand. Behind him, on his proper left, is a spacecraft in launch position. An astronaut in a spacesuit is etched on the front of the desk. The self-framed concrete relief panel is affixed to a wall.
