Description:
A figure of a Boy Scout stands dressed in a traditional
scouting
uniform of a shirt, tied hankerchief, shorts, and tasseled high socks and shoes. He wears a wide brimmed hat and carries a knapsack on his back. He holds a walking stick out to his side with his proper right hand and holds onto the knapsack's strap with his proper left hand. His proper left foot is placed upon a rock in front of him.
