    Remarks: 
    Frank Boyd 1881-1962, was secretary-treasurer of the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters, Twin Cities division, and one of the first black presidential electors for Democratic Party in 1944 election. Incoming SOS! report form indicates execution date on sculpture is 1987, but final digit may also be 1 or 9. 1980s date conflicts with dedication date of 1976 visible on plaque.
