    Remarks:
The sculpture is an enlarged version of an award designed by the artist. The award and the sculpture are named after J. Walter Juckett, former chairman of The Sandy Hill Corporation and local volunteer. The artist has crafted a different design for each year's award; all designs are patterned around the letter "A". The sculpture is based on the 1994 award. The sculpture is on long term loan to the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce. Valmet Sandy Hill fabricated the base.
