    Description: 
    A limestone arch with three iron cacti on top of the keystone. The keystone is carved with scenes from the history of the Hispanic people in Texas, and includes a map of Texas, an eagle, a Mayan pyramid, roses, the head of a native Mexican Indian, a Spanish Conquistador and a contemporary Hispanic American. There is a recess in the limestone and bars on back in place for a plaque.
