    A bust of Brigadier General John Gregg dressed in military uniform without a hat, wearing a mustache and beard. The bust is mounted upon a two-sectioned base with two inscribed plaques.

    Remarks: 
    Commemorates Civil War Brigadier General John Gregg, who died in battle on October 7, 1864. Erected the federal government. The monument is on the National Park Service List of Classified Structures (LCS no. 003317). IAS files contain a copy of the LCS report form. Bronze and base cost $220 paid by Federal Government.
