Description:  A bust of Brigadier General William Vandever, dressed in a military uniform with epaulets, wearing a beard and mustache, placed atop a two-section base with an inscribed plaque on the upper front. The upper front base once included another plaque. The sculpture may have been moved from its original installation site. Bronze cost $550 and pedestal cost 208.91 paid by Federal Government.
