    Description: 
    A 50 caliber machine gun is mounted atop a large stone pedestal. The front of the pedestal mounts two inscribed plaques. To either side of the pedestal, propeller blades from a B-24 Liberator bomber are mounted on concrete pedestals. Behind the stone pedestal is a flagpole.

    Remarks: 
    Dedicated to United States Army Air Force personnel who lost their lives in training accidents at the Tonopah Bombing and Gunnery Range during World War II. The gun and propeller blades of the monument are from a B-24 Liberator bomber recovered from a crash south of Tonopah Air Force Base which took 9 lives on August 19, 1944.
