    Description: 
    "In this group are shown the men who were present at the cornerstone laying of Yonkers City Hall. Leaning over the stone as it is being lowered is former mayor N. A. Warren. The other figures seen in this group are the Very Rev. Monsignor Charles R. Corley, the Rev. James S. Freeman, Mayor James T. Lennon, former mayors John Coyne and M. H. Walsh, an architect of the building, Mr. H. Lansing Quick, and the builder Mr. George T. Kelly. On the huge stone is seen the instription 1908.
