    Description: 
    Four construction workers stand in a row wearing hard hats. The figure on the proper left wears a jacket that is open in the front. He holds the handles of a wheelbarrow in his two hands. There is a shovel in the wheelbarrow. The second man wears an open jacket and lifts his proper left arm to point upwards with his index finger. The third man wears a shirt with a collar and breast-pockets, he holds a scrolled blueprint open with his two hands. The fourth man wears a tool belt with a hammer and other tools hanging from it. He helps to keep the scroll open with his proper left hand, while he raises his proper right hand to his head.
