    Description: 
    Standing figure of a man wearing fringed leather frontier style clothing. A powder horn is attached to his proper left waist. His proper left hand holds a musket, the butt of which rests on the ground in front of him. His proper right arm is upraised and points towards an eagle with outstretched talons and wings raised in the air. Between the man and the eagle there is a fawn sitting on the ground.
