    Description:
Fountain consists of a square basin in which stands an abstract representation of a "Kokle" or Latvian harp. There are three stars, from the Latvian Coat of Arms, located above the midline of the sculpture on both sides and a floral design at the bottom. The harp itself signifies a "voice in the wilderness" which refers to a story in the Psalms in which a peace-loving people, driven from their homes, hung their harps in the trees.
