Remarks:
The sculpture is designed to turn with the wind. The sculpture was completed as part of an Artists-in-Schools Visual Arts Project, with Runnels as artist and with the cooperation of art teacher Darla Guisinger and her students at four Central High School Art classes. The base was originally to have resembled Bear Butte; but because of vandalism has never been completed.
