    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was funded by the Georgia Council for the Arts and the Carrollton Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Department. It is sited in a Japanese garden, designed by the artist and landscape architect Bob Watkins. Sidney Garner of Lee Fabricators helped with the fabrication; welding was done by Ralph Mullins. The sculpture is designed to gently rock with the forces of nature, wind and rain. IAS files contain related newsclipping from the Times Georgian, April 1989, pg. 3C.
