Recchia's relief depicting an allegorical representation of Architecture is on the far left side of the facade. His panel features of two nude male figures kneeling back to back on either side of a relief depicting an angel's face and a garland draped between two fluted columns. The male figure on the left is the Builder and he kneels beside a small building adorned with columns. He holds a mallet in his proper left hand and in his proper right hand he holds a chisel against the side of the small building. The figure the right is the Designer and he also kneels beside a small building adorned with columns. He measures the building using a caliper held in his proper right hand. Recchia's relief panel is accompanied by Frederick Warren Allen's relief panel on the far right side of the facade (IAS record MA000211) and Bela Lyon Pratt's relief panel in the center (IAS record 76007545).
