    Remarks: 
    One of several Wizard of Oz characters by John Kearney installed around Oz Park. In the early 1990s, the Oz Park Advisory Council and the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce commissioned artist John Kearney to create The Tin Man sculpture. In May 2001, the sculpture of the Cowardly Lion was installed, in June 2005, the sculpture of the Scarecrow was installed, and in the Spring of 2007, the sculpture of Dorothy and Toto was installed.
