Description:
Relief sculpture is a grouping of seven male figures and one central female figure. The central figure wears Classical robes and has shoulder-length hair. She holds a palm horizontally behind her head in her proper right hand. Her proper left hand rests on a large round machine part. To the left stand four uniformed soldiers. The soldier on the far left kneels and a horse can be seen in the background. Three civilian figures stand to the right. They are a farmer, a laborer and a machine operator. The wall of the relief is bordered with a Greek key motif.
