Description:  Three men installing irrigation pipes. One man appears to be Caucasian, another Hispanic, and one Native-American. One figure is digging with a shovel, another is carrying pipes, and the third figure is tapping a pipe for installation. The bronze figures are closely grouped on a plinth, which rests on a concrete and tile base, which in turn is set in a pool.
