A cutout of a fish wearing a cap with the letter "M" on it. The stomach of the fish is divided with a row of three circles. The center circle contains a figure dressed in a shirt with hearts cut out all over it. The two side circles contain an animal sticking its tongue out at the center figure. The center figure raises both arms and tied to each of its index fingers is the end of each animal's tongue. The sculpture is mounted at the top of a pole which is set in a rectangular concrete base. The sculpture is lit at night.
