The project was conducted by the Wrangell Cultural Heritage Committee and included the creation of the Kiks Adi Totem Park in Wrangell. The park occupies the site where the Kiks Adi Totem was first erected in 1895 to honor Kahlteen, Head of the Kiks Adi clan of the Tlingit nation.
