Three concrete panels inlaid on both sides with ceramic tile mosaic incorporating symbols of the
Filipino
culture and community. On the east side of the right panel is a fish, a Spanish cross, and a bull's head. On the east side of the left panel, a rooster and a sun with 8 rays are visible. The east side of the center panel includes images of fish arranged in an abstracted yin-yang symbol. On the west side of the three panels are symbols of the American melting pot: a star and crescent, a cross, a 5-pointed star, a Star of David, and an 8-pointed Chinese star. Also incorporated into the panels are cut-out shapes through which the sky and surrounding scenery are visible.
