    A bust of Karel Havlicek with a bushy mustache and eyebrows, and a full head of hair. He is dressed in a high-collared, buttoned garment. The bust is mounted atop a tall, square base.

    The bust commemorates Czech author, journalist and patriot Karel Havlicek, who was born in Borove in 1821 and died in Prague in 1856. The bust was a gift of Frank C. Manak.
