Description:
Mounted on the front of a large granite crypt is a rectangular relief depicting St. Elizabeth Ann Seton standing beside a young girl. St. Elizabeth cradles a crucifix in her raised proper right hand. The
cross
hangs from a strand of rosary beads attached to her belt on her proper left side. She is dressed in a bonnet and full-length dress. Her proper left hand rests on the proper left shoulder of the child whose face is lifted up and turned towards her. The child holds a book in her hands. The child wears a knee-length, short-sleeved dress and is barefoot.
