The second relief depicts two firefighters in proper left profile, dressed in helmets and uniforms, holding a hose spraying water. In the background, in front of the firemen, is a doctor attending a woman on a gurney. He appears to administer oxygen from two tanks standing next to the gurney. Behind the firemen is a male figure, possibly a fireman or doctor, walking away from the scene holding a baby.
