    Description: 
    A bronze medallion of a bust of a policeman is mounted at the top front of a granite stele. The policeman has a mustache and wears a uniform including a helmet or hat. He is turned towards his proper right. Below the medallion the granite stele is carved with the names of eleven officers who died in the line of duty between Dec. 30, 1881 and Dec. 10, 1908.
