    Description: 
    A semicircle containing a relief bust of Chief Black Hawk is atop a base, with a triangle of timbers above it. Black Hawk wears a headdress and an open-collared shirt and a medal hangs around his neck. Four ears of corn and corn stalks surround the bust.
