    Description: 
    A Plains Indian chief stands with arms outstretched in a gesture of welcome. He has two long braids that fall down his chest, and is dressed in shirt, beads, presidential peace medal, and fringed buckskin leggings. He wears a ceremonial buffalo robe that drapes over his proper right foot. In his proper right hand he holds an eagle wing fan.
