The central panel, which is the tallest, contains full-length figures of uniformed male and female officers. Both figures wears hats, trousers and short-sleeved shirts. The panel on the left contains a cowboy-hatted figure on horseback. He wears a gun on his proper left hip and a badge on the proper left side of his chest. The sun shines in the upper left corner of the panel. The panel on the right is divided into three sections. The sections contain, from left to right, a police car and helicopter, a uniformed officer on a motorcycle and a male officer holding a little girl. Her hair is in braids and she holds a doll.
