A sculpture of two sea otters on protruding rock-like base. The first otter sits with head turned to the proper right, proper left front leg extended, proper right front leg supporting its body, and proper rear legs and feet tucked underneath its body. Its tail is curved around its body on the proper left side. The tail of the second otter is extended across the proper right side of the seated otter, near its midsection. Its head is turned slightly to the proper left, as it seems to dive into, and enter, the "water," with its front and rear legs and paws extended back, back paws face up, about to leave "land."
