    Description: 
    Free-standing kinetic low-use water fountain that draws treated water from the wastewater treatment plant to the top of the sculpture. The water cascades down through a series of reclaimed metal objects shaped like microbial organisms that are used in the water treatment process. The flowing water activates a series of wheels and paddles. A metal "organism" sits on top of the fountain and serves as a wind indicator.
