    Description: 
    Site installation along the top of an earthen retaining wall between two retaining ponds. The installation consists of a line of 18 silhouettes of cormorants and herons. The birds are depicted in various poses and are placed directly in the ground. The welded Cor-Ten steel sculptures are connected with buried rebar.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture is one of three commissioned by the state for the new state liquor store. The sculpture was funded under New Hampshire's half-percent for art law. IAS files contain detailed dimensions for each of the 18 figures and detailed descriptions of each bird's pose. IAS files contain copies of artist's proposal and artist's statement.
