    Description: 
    Fourteen neon words, superimposed pairs of "Vices and Virtues" which illuminate in a rotating pattern (vices counterclockwise and virtues clockwise). The vices rotate at a slightly faster rate. At intervals, all fourteen words flash simultaneously. Each letter is illuminated by two neon tubes of different colors. The fourteen words employ fourteen colors. The alternating sets of Vices and Virtues include: Faith/Just; Hope/Envy; Charity/Sloth; Prudence/Pride; Justice/Avarice; Temperance/Gluttony; and Fortitude/Anger. The neon words encircle the top the building.
